These terms and conditions govern all use of Encode website and all content, services and products available on or through it. The terms are designed to protect both you, the user, and Dobar Kod, the developer of this service. By using this service, you're accepting these terms.
This service is provided on as-is basis. No warranties, beyond the explicit moneyback guarantee for video conversion results, are given. Dobar Kod operates the service in hope it will be useful and provide value, but gives no explicit guarantees about performance, availability or fitness for a particular purpose.
We give explicit moneyback guarantee for video conversion results. If the user is not happy with the conversion results, they can provide a reason and ask for a refund within 24 hours of the provided service. The user will be refunded the total price paid for the conversion service.
Users of the service are solely responsible for any content they upload. Dobar Kod does not, and can not, review or verify any content uploaded by the users. Therefore, Dobar Kod can't be held responsible for the content, use or effects. Dobar Kod doesn't assert any rights to the uploaded content, except the license to host the content on behalf of the user for a limited period of time. Content being hosted on Encode doesn't imply that it's endorsed by Encode or Dobar Kod.
Using the service for uploading, converting or sharing any content that is illegal in the jurisdictions of United States of America, United Kingdom, Germany or Croatia is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, child exploitation, hate speech, any destructive content or content violating privacy or publicity rights, or infringing on intelectual property or other property rights.
Dobar Kod reserves the right to change these Terms of Service without prior notice.
